“I cannot tell you how much I enjoyed the whole day. I have spent the last two days telling everyone, so hopefully your business will be booming.
I have always steered away from Shell fish, but really enjoyed that course and as a result - I WILL TRY a restaurant meal - next time.
As for my wife, she was spoilt rotten on Sunday - Pea and Rocket soup - Poached COD and home made cream Sponge.(All by my fair hand - but second division compared to your meals)
You put so much positive energy into the whole day - I would find it difficult for anyone to walk away disappointed.

You have given me the encouragement I needed to dust down my pasta machine and start making pasta - my first attempts a few years ago were not very successful - but the ravioli we had on Saturday was delicious so I feel inspired to try again!
Andrew now has major brownie points - he booked the course for me and it was probably one of the best presents he has bought me (I usually have to tell him what I want - so it was great that he actually surprised me with something I really loved).
Fran and I would definitely be interested to attend another course in the future.

Lots of learning and fun for all, I am amazed at how you maintain your level of concentration throughout whilst having to cope with chatter, flip comments and serious questions.
